April 2025

“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

I Corinthians 15: 57-58

Dear Friends,

April brings warmer weather and the joy of celebrating Easter. This week, Christians around the world rejoiced together, celebrating our Savior’s resurrection. In the first letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul reminds us that Christ’s resurrection is the foundation of our faith, and it gives us victory over death. He encouraged us to stand firm and to give ourselves fully to the Lord’s work, knowing that we will be victorious.

At the IEM Bible College, we are happy to report that 12 students have completed their Biblical training and are going into Christian ministry.  Please pray for these graduates as they will be returning to various villages throughout India to serve the Lord.  Especially pray for Adithya, who is a graduate from the Northern State of Uttar Pradesh (U.P.).  Adithya is praying about joining the IEM team in U.P., working closely with IEM evangelist Robin.  Please pray that the Lord will use this young man as he returns to his home village to minister the Word.

It was a joy to travel to the Pacific Northwest recently with my sister Mishal, her husband Len, their twin sons Luke and Ethan, and Ethan’s wife Daisy. They shared updates about their latest trip to India and led us in a time of worship. We had a blessed time of fellowship, and I had the pleasure to share with faithful supporters about what the Lord is doing in India.  We are excited to be traveling to Ohio this month to share ministry updates there as well.

We are so blessed to have the support of many people in different parts of the United States who care about the people of India.  Although there are many challenges, we take joy in knowing that God gives us the victory.  May God continue to bless you and your family.

In His Service,

Dayan Mathai
