Beloved Ones in Christ,
Greetings from India! My son Dayan and I arrived in Kerala State, where our Bible College and Children’s Home is located, on the 6th of January. Thank you, dear friends, for praying that Dayan and I would have a safe journey. The Lord has answered your prayers, and we are grateful.
The week after we arrived was an exciting time on our campus as we accommodated close to 1,000 people. We served many meals that week to evangelists, pastors, and past Bible College graduates who came from various parts of India, as well as Leadership Training and Biblia graduates. This was in addition to our current Bible College students and children already on campus. Reji, our IEM administrator, arranged a Food Festival of different cuisines for all to enjoy.
The pastors and evangelists who came from all over India to be part of the Christian Workers’ Conference, were refreshed and encouraged to carry on the work of our Lord. Every day we were all thrilled to hear the workers’ reports of what the Lord is doing and the miracles taking place in their ministries. It was a very blessed event!
We were also happy to have believers attend from almost 60 local Bible study groups which have been started by our previous Leadership Training graduates. I am so thrilled to see how God is working, as people are being saved and dedicating their lives to the Lord.
The week culminated with our graduation service on January 12th. There were 29 Bible College graduates who received diplomas. We also had 250 people who finished our Leadership Training program and received their certificates, plus 150 people who finished the Biblia course (a follow-up course for those who completed LTI).
Our 70 Bible College students are preparing to leave on a three-month summer mission trip. Please uphold these young men and women in prayer, that God will give them protection while traveling and anointing of the Spirit as they share the Gospel.
On January 17th, Dayan and I traveled to Mumbai and had an evangelistic meeting, hosted by several of the churches we support in surrounding communities. As I have mentioned before, there has been a great revival taking place in Mumbai, and we thank God for all He is accomplishing!
Thank you for enabling us to carry on the ministry in India, and please pray for the future progress of the Lord’s work. Dayan returned to the U.S. on January 20th, and I plan to return the first week of March. We value your prayers and ask the Lord to bless you richly as you partner with us.
