“Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time He may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.”

Dear Ones in Christ,
What a joy to know that all our anxieties and worries can be submitted to a God who cares about us. These verses are comforting when we consider the tension and persecution that is happening to Christians around the world.
There has been a troubling trend in India over the last two years of increasing violence against Christian believers and churches. Please pray for all the believers and Christian workers, especially in the northern states in India, as they continue to be steadfast in the work of our Lord.
As we mentioned recently, our Bible College year has begun, and we now have 19 young men from various parts of India studying together on our campus. One of the most uplifting things we heard is that some of these students, who were new believers, have now been baptized since arriving in Kerala. These young men are excited to learn the Bible and are anxious to share their faith with others.
We look forward to having our annual Fellowship Dinner in Holmes County, Ohio, on September 15. God willing, Mishal, Len, and two of their three sons will join Dayan to share about their recent trip to India. We are planning to have the Washington State annual dinner in November, and our California fellowship dinner next spring. Although I am unable to travel much these days, I’m thankful that my children are able to carry on the ministry. I continue praying for all of you and am so thankful for your continuing love and prayerful support.
